Our Brisket is dry-rubbed and slow-smoked with oak for a smooth, light smokey flavor with just enough
spicey "kick" from our Hawg Wild! Dry Rub to perfectly compliment the sweet, tangy flavor
of our Award Winning Hawg Wild! Slop Sauce. Our brisket is fall-apart tender!

Our Off The Chain Pork Shoulder Ribs average about 2" thick and weigh nearly 1 pound a piece before
cooking! There is as much meat in 3 of our ribs as there is in a full rack of babybacks. We coat them in a secret sauce,
apply a generous amount of Hawg Wild! Dry Rub, let them rest and then slow smoke for
several hours for a rib that is blackened on the outside full of bold flavor and fall-off-the-bone tender on the inside. These
ribs are unbelievable with or without sauce!

Our Pulled Pork is the signature BEST! We slow-simmer only the leanest pork tenderloin
in our secret mixture of spices and liquid until it is ready to fall apart. Then we slow-smoke it until it has that perfect
smokey bark for a texture and flavor that is award winning. When enjoyed with our Award Winning Hawg Wild!

Our Drunken Chicken is to die for! We take a whole chicken and violate it with a can of beer and spices.
We then slow-smoke it, basting with pineapple juice, and mop it with Hawg Wild! Slop Sauce for
a flavorful, moist chicken that nobody can resist. Our Drunken Chicken is probably one of the best chickens
we've ever eaten!

Our Hawg Wild! Smoked Meatloaf is exactly what mom used to make but with a Hawg Wild!
twist. We take lean ground beef, mix it with all the meatloaf fixins we can, rub some sweet rub on top and then slow
smoke it for several hours until it is well done with a smooth, smokey flavor and a nice sweet glaze on top. We then
take a couple of thick slices and drizzle them with a meatloaf sauce that has a BBQ twist. The result is spectacular!
We can also put a thick slice between two pieces of Texas Toast with our signature Hawg Wild! Slop
Sauce for a BBQ Meatloaf sandwich unlike anything we have ever tried!
